ISSUING STOCK

Issuing Stock refers to the process of recording and managing the release of stock items from a warehouse or inventory system for internal or external use.

This module allows users to create, update, and view issued stock records with essential details such as name, description, and status. It ensures traceability and efficient tracking of stock movement within the organization.

  1. Click on Warehouse.
  2. Under Secondary Master, click on Issuing Stock. STEPS FOR ISSUING STOCK

A page will open where the user can add new Stock.

  1. Click on the Add button.

A new page will open with the following fields:

  • Issuing Name: Name of the stock.
  • Description: Details about the stock.
  • Remarks: Additional comments or notes.
  • Active Status: Indicates if the Stock is active.

Save: Click the Save button to submit the Issuing Stock configuration.

Note - Issuing Name is mandatory.  

Once the Stock is created, it will be visible on this page.

  • Edit: Clicking the pencil icon opens a form to edit the selected Stock.
  • View: Clicking The Eye Icon icon displays a detailed view of the selected Stock.

  • Add Icon: Clicking this icon opens a form to create a new Stock.
  • Export to Excel Icon: Clicking this icon exports the table data to an Excel spreadsheet.
  • Search Input: This field allows users to search for Stock content.
  • Search Icon: Clicking this icon displays a search bar to filter the table data.
  • Refresh: Reloads the current data or resets the view.
  • Home Icon: Clicking this icon redirects the user to the main dashboard or home page of the application.
  • Back Icon: Clicking this icon navigates the user back to the previous page or view.
