OQC Vs OQC BINNING REPORT

The OQC Vs OQC Binning Reports interface allows users to compare inspection results from the Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) process against binning data. This ensures that inventory dispatched matches what was binned and passed through quality checks.

This module is used to verify consistency between:

  • Items that passed through OQC inspection, and
  • Items that were binned for dispatch.

This helps identify discrepancies and maintain traceability in quality control processes.

  1. Click on "Warehouse".
  2. Click on "OQC Vs OQC Binning Reports" under "Reports".

STEPS TO MODIFY/VIEW

A page will be displayed where users can view the OQC Vs OQC Binning report form using the filters and fields can view the reports.

FORM

Date Filter

  • From Date: Date picker to define the start of the reporting period.
  • To Date: Date picker to define the end of the reporting period.

Action

  • Filter Button: Executes the search based on the selected filters.
  • Clear Button: Resets all selected filters to their default state.
  • Shop Order Number: Dropdown to select specific manufacturing or production shop orders.
  • Item Number: Dropdown to filter results by individual item/SKU.
  • Project Number: Dropdown filter to choose the desired Project Number.

Note: User can filter by selecting single dropdown or mutiple dropdowns.

Action Icon

  • Filter Icon: Executes the search based on the selected filters.

  • Refresh: Reloads the current data or resets the view.
  • Home: Takes the user back to the main dashboard or home screen.
  • Back Arrow: Navigates to the previous screen or page.
  • Download File: Download of the report in a file format (e.g., Excel or PDF).
  • Search Bar: A quick search tool at the top-right corner of the page to locate specific entries using keywords.
