OQC PENDING REPORT

The OQC Pending Reports interface allows users to view and filter records that are pending Outgoing Quality Control (OQC). This report helps users monitor the shop orders and items that are awaiting quality inspection.

  1. Click on "Warehouse".
  2. Click on "OQC Pending Reports" under "Reports".

A page will be displayed where users can view the OQC Pending Reports form using the filters and fields can view the reports.

OQC Pending Reports Form

FORM

  • Shop Order Number: Dropdown menu to select a specific shop order whose items are pending OQC. Useful for narrowing results by production batch.
  • Item Number: Dropdown list of item codes/SKUs. Filters the report to show only those pending quality checks for the selected item.
  • Project Number: Select a project or job code to view OQC pending items related to a specific project.

Note: You can apply filters individually or in combination to refine the report output.

Action Buttons

  • Filter: Applies the selected filter(s) and displays the matching OQC pending records.
  • Clear: Resets all filter selections to their default state.

ICONS

  • Refresh: Refreshes the displayed data.
  • Home: Navigates to the application's home screen or dashboard.
  • Back Arrow: Navigates back to the previous screen.
  • Search Bar: Located at the top right, this allows quick searching across the report interface for specific keywords or entries.
