MATERIAL REQUEST REPORT

The Material Request Reports interface enables users to generate and review detailed reports related to material requests. It allows filtering by date, project, KPN, and shop order to help track requisitions effectively.

  1. Click on "Warehouse".
  2. Click on "Material Request Reports" under "Reports".

STEPS TO Reports

A page will be displayed where users can view the Material Request Reports form using the filters and fields can view the reports.

FORM

Users can refine the displayed reports using the following filters:

Date Range Filter

  • From Date / To Date: Define a date range to display material requests raised within the selected time frame.

Action Buttons

  • Filter Button: Applies the selected filters to display relevant report entries.
  • Clear Button: Clears all filter selections to reset the form.
  • Select Material Request No: Dropdown to choose a specific material request number.
  • Project No: Filter based on the associated project number.
  • KPN: Use this field to narrow results by the KPN (Key Part Number) relevant to the request.
  • Shop Order Number: Filter by the shop order related to the material request.

Note: Users can filter the report by date range, by any item , or by using both filters together for more accurate and targeted results.

  • Filter Icon: Applies the selected filters to display relevant report entries.

  • Refresh: Refreshes the displayed data.
  • Home: Navigates to the application's home screen or dashboard.
  • Back Arrow: Navigates back to the previous screen.
  • Download File: Used to trigger report generation or download functionality.
  • Search Bar: Located at the top right, this allows quick searching across the report interface for specific keywords or entries.
