MATERIAL ISSUE AGAINST MR REPORTS

The Material Issue Against MR Reports module provides visibility into the issuance of materials based on approved material requests. It helps trace inventory usage and compliance with internal request protocols across projects and production orders.

  1. Click on "Warehouse".
  2. Click on "Material Issue against MR Reports" under "Reports".

STEPS TO Material Request Reports

A page will be displayed where users can view the Material Issue against MR Reports form using the filters and fields can view the reports.

FORM

Users can apply the following filters to retrieve targeted report data:

Date Filters

  • From Date / To Date: Define a custom date range to view material issue transactions within the specified timeframe.

Action buttons

  • Filter Button: Executes the search based on selected filter criteria.
  • Clear Button: Resets all filter fields to default/empty state.
  • Select Material Request No: Dropdown selector to choose a specific Material Request number for which material issuance details are needed.
  • Project No: Allows filtering of data tied to a specific project number.
  • KPN: Internal field (often a Key Part Number or identifier) for more granular filtering based on specific items or categories.
  • Shop Order Number: Refine results based on related shop or production order numbers.

Note: User can filter by selecting single dropdown or mutiple dropdowns.

  • Filter Icon: Executes the search based on selected filter criteria.

  • Refresh: Reloads the current data or resets the view.
  • Home: Takes the user back to the main dashboard or home screen.
  • Back Arrow: Navigates to the previous screen or page.
  • Download File: Download of the report in a file format (e.g., Excel or PDF).
  • Search Bar: A quick search tool at the top-right corner of the page to locate specific entries using keywords.
