LOCATION TRANSFER REPORT

The Location Transfer Reports page provides advanced filtering and search capabilities to generate custom reports based on various location transfer parameters. This interface allows users to search and filter historical location transfer data using a combination of date ranges, part identifiers, locations, project details, and warehouses. The results can then be analyzed or exported as needed.

  1. Click on "Warehouse".
  2. Click on "Location Transfer Report" under "Reports".

STEPS TO MODIFY/VIEW

A page will be displayed where users can view the Location Transfer report form using the filters and fields can view the reports.

Location Transfer Form

FORM

Date Range

  • From Date: Select the start date of the reporting period.
  • To Date: Select the end date of the reporting period.

Action Buttons

  • Filter: Applies the selected filter criteria and refreshes the results accordingly.
  • Clear: Resets all filters and input fields to default, clearing the current search.

Records within the specified date range will be shown.

Filter Criteria

The following dropdowns allow detailed filtering:

  • From Part Number: Filter records by the part number from the source location.
  • From Part Type: Specify the type of item transferred (e.g., equipment, material).
  • From Location: Select the origin location from which the transfer occurred.
  • From Warehouse: Choose the originating warehouse involved in the transfer.
  • From Project Number: Filter by the originating project associated with the transfer.
  • To Location: Select the destination location of the transferred item.
  • To Warehouse: Specify the receiving warehouse.
  • To Project Number: Filter by the receiving project involved.
  • To Part Number: Filter using the part number as assigned at the destination.
  • To Part Type: Define the type of part received.

Action Icons

  • Filter: Applies the selected filter criteria and refreshes the results accordingly.

  • Refresh: Reloads the current data or resets the view.
  • Home: Takes the user back to the main dashboard or home screen.
  • Back Arrow: Navigates to the previous screen or page.
  • Download File: Download of the report in a file format (e.g., Excel or PDF).
  • Search Bar: A quick search tool at the top-right corner of the page to locate specific entries using keywords.
