IQC SERVICE REPORT
The IQC Service Report interface is designed to monitor and report on the incoming quality control (IQC) of services received. It enables users to filter, review, and verify service entries that are subject to IQC protocols.
Navigation Steps
- Click on "Warehouse".
- Click on "IQC Service Reports" under "Reports".

A page will be displayed where users can view the IQC Service Reports form using the filters and fields can view the reports.

This interface provides the following filters to generate customized reports:
Date Range Filter
- From Date / To Date: Select the date range for which IQC (Incoming Quality Control) service entries should be retrieved.
Action Button
- Filter Button: Applies the selected filters and displays the corresponding records.
- Clear Button: Resets all filter inputs to their default (blank) state.
Dropdown Filters
- GRIN Service Number: A dropdown field to select the GRIN (Goods Receipt Inspection Note) number associated with a specific service entry.
- Item Number: Allows filtering of the report based on a specific item number related to the inspected service.
- Filter Icon: Click the filter icon next to the item field to apply item-specific filters.
Note: Users can filter the report by date range, by any item , or by using both filters together for more accurate and targeted results.
Action Icon
- Filter Icon: Applies the selected filters and displays the corresponding records.

- Refresh: Refreshes the displayed data.
- Home: Navigates to the application's home screen or dashboard.
- Back Arrow: Navigates back to the previous screen.
- Download File: Used to trigger report generation or download functionality.
- Search Bar: Located at the top right, this allows quick searching across the report interface for specific keywords or entries.
