INVENTORY NOT USEABLE REPORTS

The Inventory Not Useable Reports module provides insights into items in inventory that are marked as unusable due to various reasons such as rejection or scrapping. This helps in tracking and managing defective or obsolete inventory efficiently.This report displays details of parts that are no longer usable, helping in audit, analysis, and further action such as return, discard, or re-evaluation. It enables filtering based on several criteria to narrow down the unusable inventory items.

  1. Click on "Warehouse".
  2. Click on "Inventory Not Useable Report" under "Reports".

STEPS TO MODIFY/VIEW

A page will be displayed where users can view the Inventory Warehouse report form using the filters and fields can view the reports.

Filter Options

Users can filter the report using the following fields:

  • Select Part Number: Choose a specific part number from the dropdown list.
  • Project No: Filter by the associated project number.
  • Warehouse: Select the warehouse where the inventory is stored.
  • Location: Specify the sub-location within the warehouse.
  • Description: Enter keywords to filter by part description.

Action Buttons

  • Filter: Applies the selected filter criteria to display relevant data.
  • Clear: Resets all filter fields to their default state.

  • Refresh: Reloads the current data or resets the view.
  • Home: Takes the user back to the main dashboard or home screen.
  • Back Arrow: Navigates to the previous screen or page.
  • Download File: Download of the report in a file format (e.g., Excel or PDF).
  • Search Bar: A quick search tool at the top-right corner of the page to locate specific entries using keywords.
