INVENTORY GRIN AND IQC REPORT

The Inventory Grin and IQC Reports module enables users to track incoming inventory items along with their associated Initial Quality Control (IQC) data. This is crucial for verifying that all incoming materials meet quality standards before they are added to usable stock.

  1. Click on "Warehouse".
  2. Click on "Inventory Grin and IQC Reports" under "Reports".

STEPS TO INVENTORY GRIN AND IQC REPORT

A page will be displayed where users can view the Inventory Grin and IQC report form using the filters and fields can view the reports.

FORM

This section provides multiple dropdowns and input fields to filter report results:

  • Select Part Number: Dropdown to select a specific part for inspection.
  • Project No: Optional field to narrow down parts associated with a specific project.
  • Warehouse: Filter by the storage location where the part was received.
  • Location: Specific location within the warehouse.
  • Description: Filter items by keyword(s) within their part description.

Action Buttons

  • Filter Button: Executes the query with selected filter parameters.
  • Clear Button: Resets all filter inputs to their default (empty) state.

FORM

  • Refresh: Reloads the current data or resets the view.
  • Home: Takes the user back to the main dashboard or home screen.
  • Back Arrow: Navigates to the previous screen or page.
  • Download File: Download of the report in a file format (e.g., Excel or PDF).
  • Search Bar: A quick search tool at the top-right corner of the page to locate specific entries using keywords.
