BINNING REPORT

The Binning Reports interface enables users to track material binning activities based on various filters such as GRIN number, vendor details, invoice number, and date range. This tool is essential for monitoring inventory movements and ensuring traceability of received items.

  1. Click on "Warehouse".
  2. Click on "Binning Reports" under "Reports".

A page will be displayed where users can view the Binning Reports form using the filters and fields can view the reports.

FORM

Date Filters

  • From Date / To Date: Select a date range to filter binning records that occurred within the specified period.

Action Buttons

  • Filter: Applies the selected filters and displays the matching binning report data.
  • Clear: Resets all filters to default values.
  • Select GRIN Number: Dropdown to select a specific GRIN (Goods Receipt & Inspection Note) to view related binning entries.
  • Select Vendor Name: Filters results by the vendor who supplied the goods.
  • Vendor ID: Narrow results based on a unique identifier for the vendor.
  • Invoice Number: Select or enter the invoice number associated with the binning entry.

Note: You can use a single filter or combine multiple filters to refine the results.

  • Filter Icon: Applies the selected filters and displays the matching binning report data.

  • Refresh – Reloads the report to fetch updated data.
  • Home – Navigates to the dashboard.
  • Back – Returns to the previous screen.
  • Search Bar – Allows quick search across the report using keywords.
