WAREHOUSE

Warehouse refers to a storage facility used for housing inventory and materials essential for business operations.

Navigation Steps

1. Click on "Org Config".  
2. Under "Secondary Master", click on "Warehouse".

A page will open where the user can add new warehouse information.  

1. Click on the "Add" button.  

A new page will open with the following fields:  

Warehouse Form

• Warehouse Name: Enter the name of the warehouse.  
• Description: Enter a description of the warehouse.  
• Active Status: Toggle the option to set the warehouse as active or inactive.  

Save: Click the Save button to save the information.

Note - Warehouse Name is mandatory.  

Once the Warehouse is created, it will be visible on this page.

Action

• Edit (Pencil Icon): Opens the form to modify an existing warehouse record.
• View (Eye Icon): Opens a read-only view with full warehouse details.

Icons

• Add Icon: Clicking this icon opens a form to create a new warehouse.
• Export to Excel Icon: Clicking this icon exports the table data to an Excel spreadsheet.
• Search Input: This field allows users to search for warehouse content.
• Search Icon: Clicking this icon displays a search bar to filter the table data.
• Refresh: Reloads the current data or resets the view.
• Home Icon: Clicking this icon redirects the user to the main dashboard or home page of the application.
• Back Icon: Clicking this icon navigates the user back to the previous page or view.
