UOC (UNIT OF CURRENCY)

The UOC (Unit of Currency) module allows users to define and manage different currency units used within the system. It ensures accurate financial transactions and currency categorization.

  1. Click on "Org Config".  
  2. Under "Secondary Master", click on "UOC".

STEPS TO UOC

A page will open where the user can add new UOC information.  

  1. Click on the "Add" button.  

A new page will open with the following fields:  

UOC Form

UOC FORM

  • UOC Name: Enter the name of the UOC.  
  • Description: Enter a description of the UOC.  
  • Remarks: Enter any remarks
  • Active Status: Toggle the option to set the warehouse as active or inactive.  

Save: Click the Save button to save the information.

Notes - UOC Name is mandatory.

Once the Currency is created, it will be visible on this page.

ACTIONS

  • Edit (Pencil Icon): Opens the form to edit the selected currency type.
  • View (Eye Icon): Displays the full details of the selected currency.

ICONS OVERVIEW

  • Add Icon: Clicking this icon opens a form to create a new currency.
  • Export to Excel Icon: Clicking this icon exports the table data to an Excel spreadsheet.
  • Search Input: This field allows users to search for currency content.
  • Search Icon: Clicking this icon displays a search bar to filter the table data.
  • Refresh: Reloads the current data or resets the view.
  • Home Icon: Clicking this icon redirects the user to the main dashboard or home page of the application.
  • Back Icon: Clicking this icon navigates the user back to the previous page or view.
