SALUTATIONS

The Salutations module allows users to define and manage salutations (e.g., Mr., Mrs., Dr.) used in contact details across the system. It ensures uniformity in addressing individuals.

  1. Click on "Org Config".  
  2. Under "Secondary Master", click on "Salutations".

STEPS TO SALUTATIONS

A page will open where the user can add new Salutations information.  

  1. Click on the "Add" button.  

Salutation Form

A new page will open with the following fields:  

SALUTATIONS FORM

  • Salutations Name: Enter the name of the Salutations.  
  • Description: Enter a description of the Salutations.  
  • Remarks: Enter any remarks
  • Active Status: Toggle the option to set the Salutations as active or inactive.  

Save: Click the Save button to save the information.

Note- Salutations Name is mandatory.

  • Salutations can be found under the 'Contact' tab in Company Master, Customer Master, and Vendor Master.

Once the Salutations is created, it will be visible on this page.

SALUTATIONS ACTION

  • Edit (Pencil Icon): Opens the form to edit a selected salutation entry.
  • View (Eye Icon): Displays detailed view of the selected salutation.

Icons

ICONS OVERVIEW

  • Add Icon: Clicking this icon opens a form to create a new Salutations.
  • Export to Excel Icon: Clicking this icon exports the table data to an Excel spreadsheet.
  • Search Input: This field allows users to search for Salutations content.
  • Search Icon: Clicking this icon displays a search bar to filter the table data.
  • Refresh: Reloads the current data or resets the view.
  • Home Icon: Clicking this icon redirects the user to the main dashboard or home page of the application.
  • Back Icon: Clicking this icon navigates the user back to the previous page or view.
