COMPANY CATEGORY

The Company Category module allows users to classify companies based on predefined categories, helping in organization and reporting.

  1. Click on "Org Config".  
  2. Under "Secondary Master", click on "Company Category".

STEPS TO COMPANY CATEGORY

A page will open where the user can add new Company Category information.  

  1. Click on the "Add" button.  

A new page will open with the following fields:

COMPANY CATEGORY FORM

  • Company Category Name: Enter the name of the Company Category.  
  • Description: Enter a description of the Company Category.  
  • Remarks: Enter any remarks
  • Active Status: Toggle the option to set the Company Category as active or inactive.  

Save: Click the Save button to save the information.

Note - Company Cotegory Name is mandatory.

Once the company Category is created, it will be visible on this page. COMPANY CATEGORY PAGE

  • Edit: Click the edit icon to modify the information of a created Company Category.  
  • View:Click the view icon to see detailed information about a created Company Category.

  • Add Icon: Clicking this icon opens a form to create a new Company Category.
  • Export to Excel Icon: Clicking this icon exports the table data to an Excel spreadsheet.
  • Search Input: This field allows users to search for Company Category content.
  • Search Icon: Clicking this icon displays a search bar to filter the table data.
  • Refresh: Reloads the current data or resets the view.
  • Home Icon: Clicking this icon redirects the user to the main dashboard or home page of the application.
  • Back Icon: Clicking this icon navigates the user back to the previous page or view.
