ROLE ACCESS
The Role Access page allows administrators to manage and configure access permissions for specific roles by enabling or disabling various options through checkboxes. Below is a detailed explanation of the features available on this page.
Navigation steps
- Click on "Org Config".
- Under "Admin", click on "Role Access".

A page will open where the user can give certain access to a particular Role.

Select "Role"
- Use the dropdown menu at the top of the page to select the role you wish to configure (e.g., Manager, Admin).

Enable or Disable Access
- Use the checkboxes next to each form and permission type to enable or disable access.
- To grant all permissions for a specific form, enable the "Select All" checkbox.

Access Permissions
- The table below displays all available forms and their associated permissions. Each permission is represented as a checkbox.
- Permissions can be granted individually or collectively, as explained below:

Column Descriptions
- Menu: Displays the main menu or category for each form.
- Form Name: Lists the specific form or feature for which permissions can be configured.
- Select All: Enabling this checkbox selects all permissions for the respective form.
- Table: Grants access to view the table or data related to the form.
- Create: Grants access to create new records or entries in the form.
- Edit: Grants access to modify existing records or entries.
- View: Grants access to view details within the form.
- Delete: Grants permission to delete records or entries.
- Download: Allows the user to download relevant files or data.
- Upload: Enables the upload of files or documents related to the form.
- Confirm: Grants permission to confirm data or actions within the form.
- Approve 1 / Approve 2: Provides first-level or second-level approval access for workflows.
- Print: Allows the user to print records or documents.
Save Button: Once all permissions are configured, click the Save button to apply the changes.
Notes - Only Super Admin and Admin roles have access to all items.
