VENDOR TYPE

Vendor Type categorizes suppliers based on their operational or business nature—such as domestic, international, or service-based vendors. This classification helps streamline vendor management, compliance checks, and reporting structures. The documentation outlines the steps to create, edit, and view vendor types, along with descriptions of all form fields and interface icons for effective system usage.

  1. Click on "Masters".
  2. Under "Secondary Master", click on "Vendor Type". STEPS TO VENDOR TYPE

A page will open where the user can add New Vendor type.

  1. Click on the "Add" button.

A new page will open with the following fields:

VENDOR TYPE FORM

  • Vendor Type Name: Enter the vendor type name.
  • Description: Enter a description for the vendor type.
  • Remarks: Enter any relevant remarks.
  • Active Status: This is a toggle option. By default, it is activated.

Save: Click this button to save the configurations.

  • Edit: Click to modify the details of the selected vendor type.

  • View: Click to view the details of the selected vendor type.

  • Add Icon: Clicking this icon opens a form to create a new Audit Frequency.
  • Export to Excel Icon: Clicking this icon exports the table data to an Excel spreadsheet.
  • Search Input: This field allows users to search for Audit Frequencies content.
  • Search Icon: Clicking this icon displays a search bar to filter the table data.
  • Refresh: Reloads the current data or resets the view.
  • Home Icon: Clicking this icon redirects the user to the main dashboard or home page of the application.
  • Back Icon: Clicking this icon navigates the user back to the previous page or view.
