CUSTOMER TYPE
Customer Type defines categories of customers such as Retail, Wholesale, Dealer, or Distributor. This classification helps streamline customer management, pricing strategies, reporting, and order processing.
The module allows users to define, manage, and maintain different types of customers along with descriptions and status.
Navigation Steps
- Click on "Masters".
- Click on "Customer Type" under "Secondary Master".
A page will open displaying a list of configured customer types.

- Click on the "Add" button.
This opens a form where users can input customer type details.
Customer Type Form

- Customer Type: Enter the name of the customer type.
- Description: A brief explanation of the customer type.
- Remarks: Optional internal notes.
- Active Status: Toggle to mark the customer type as Active or Inactive.
Save: Click the Save button to save the entry.
Note: The Customer Type field is mandatory.

Edit (Pencil Icon): Opens the form to edit the selected Customer Type.

View (Eye Icon): Displays a read-only view of the selected Customer Type.

- Back Icon: Returns to the previous screen.
