BANK NAME

Bank Name refers to the official name of a financial institution. This module allows users to add, manage, and maintain a list of banks used in the system. The document outlines the steps to create, view, and edit bank records, along with descriptions of form fields and icon functionalities within the interface.

  1. Click on "Masters".
  2. Under "Secondary Master", click on "Bank Name". STEPS FOR BANK NAME

A page will open where the user can add new Bank Name.

  1. Click on the "Add" button.

A new page will open with the following fields:

BANK NAME FORM

  • Bank Name : Name of the bank.
  • Description: Optional details about the bank.
  • Remarks: Additional comments or notes.
  • Active Status: Indicates if the bank is currently active.

Save: Click the Save button to submit the Bank Name.

once the Bank Name is created it will be visible in this page here

  • Edit: Click to Pencil Icon to edit the selected record.
  • View: Click to Eye Icon to view the details of the selected record.

  • Add Icon: Clicking this icon opens a form to create a new Bank Name.
  • Export to Excel Icon: Clicking this icon exports the table data to an Excel spreadsheet.
  • Search Input: This field allows users to search for Bank Name content.
  • Search Icon: Clicking this icon displays a search bar to filter the table data.
  • Refresh: Reloads the current data or resets the view.
  • Home Icon: Clicking this icon redirects the user to the main dashboard or home page of the application.
  • Back Icon: Clicking this icon navigates the user back to the previous page or view.
