AUDIT FREQUENCY
Audit Frequency refers to the scheduled interval at which audits are conducted to ensure compliance, quality, and performance standards. This module allows users to define, manage, and track various audit frequency settings within the procurement system. The document provides a step-by-step guide to creating, editing, and viewing audit frequency records along with descriptions of key form fields and icon functionalities.
Navigation Steps
- Click on "Masters".
- Under "Secondary Master", click on "Audit Frequency".

A page will open where the user can add new audit frequency.
- Click on the "Add" button.
A new page will open with the following fields:
Audit Frequency form
- Audit Frequency Name: Name of the audit frequency.
- Description: Details about the audit frequency.
- Remarks: Additional comments or notes.
- Active Status: Indicates if the audit frequency is active.
Save: Click the Save button to submit the audit frequency configuration.
once the audit frequency is created it will be visible in this page here

Action

Edit : Clicking on Pencil icon opens a form to edit the selected Audit Frequency.

View: Clicking on Eye icon displays a detailed view of the selected Audit Frequency.
Icons
- Add Icon: Clicking this icon opens a form to create a new Audit Frequency.
- Export to Excel Icon: Clicking this icon exports the table data to an Excel spreadsheet.
- Search Input: This field allows users to search for Audit Frequencies content.
- Search Icon: Clicking this icon displays a search bar to filter the table data.
- Refresh: Reloads the current data or resets the view.
- Home Icon: Clicking this icon redirects the user to the main dashboard or home page of the application.
- Back Icon: Clicking this icon navigates the user back to the previous page or view.
