COMPANY MASTER MODIFY/VIEW

The Modify/View section allows users to manage and interact with created Company Master records efficiently.

  1. Click on "Masters".
  2. Click "Modify/View" under "Company Master".

STEPS TO MODIFY/VIEW

A page will be displayed where users can view the created company master records.  

Once a company master is created, it will automatically appear on this page.

MODIFY VIEW ACTION

  • Edit: Click on the edit icon to open the page where the user can modify the required fields.  

  • View: Click on the view icon to view the created company master.  

  • File Upload:

    • Click the file upload icon to open the upload interface.

    • Upload Availability: File upload options are available only in the Statutory and Certificate/Docs sections if enabled. Users can upload relevant documents by clicking on the upload icon.

    • Uploading a File: Once a file is selected, click on the Save Files button to upload it.

    • View File Option: After saving, a View File button will appear.

    • Managing Uploaded Files: Clicking View File allows users to:

      • View uploaded documents
      • Add multiple files
      • Download existing files

    • Certificate/Docs Section: The same upload process applies to the Certificate/Docs section. Once all required documents are uploaded.

    Click the Save button to finalize.

ICONS

  • Plus Icon(Add Record): Click to create a new record.
  • Export to Excel Icon: Click to export the displayed data to an Excel spreadsheet.
  • Search Input: Enter keywords to filter the displayed records based on any column content.
  • Refresh: Click to refresh the data displayed in the table.
  • Home Icon: Navigate to the home or main page of the application.
  • Back Icon: Navigate back to the previous page.
