OPEN DELIVERY ORDER REPORT

The Open Delivery Order Report screen allows users to track and filter pending delivery orders. It includes filters like customer, lead, warehouse, project, and issue details for precision. Reports can be quickly searched, refreshed, or downloaded for operational and audit purposes.

  1. Click on "Logistics".
  2. Under "Reports", click on "Open Delivery Order Report".

FORM

This form provides multiple filtering options to help users refine and view specific Open Delivery Order records.

Date Filters

  • From Date / To Date: Define the date range (mm/dd/yyyy) for which Open DO records should be retrieved.

Action Buttons

  • Filter: Applies selected filters to display matching records.
  • Clear: Clears all inputs and resets filter fields.
  • Open DO Number: Select a specific Open Delivery Order Number to view its related entries.
  • Lead ID: Unique identifier for the lead or opportunity associated with the Open DO.
  • Customer Name: Legal name of the customer for filtering related records.
  • Customer Alias Name: Alternate or internal names used to refer to the customer.
  • Location: Specific sub-location or department involved in the delivery.
  • Warehouse: Filter data based on warehouse where goods are held or processed.
  • KPN: A tracking or internal reference number used within logistics or inventory systems.
  • Project Number: Filters data based on the associated project or job.
  • Issued To: Name or department the Open DO has been issued to.
  • ODO Type: Type or category of Open Delivery Order (e.g., Internal, External).

Action Icon

  • Filter: Applies selected filters to display matching records.
