The Open Return Delivery Order Report screen helps monitor pending return orders efficiently.It includes detailed filters like customer, warehouse, project, and issue info for refined tracking.Search, export, and navigation tools simplify return order analysis and follow-ups.

  1. Click on "Logistics".
  2. Under "Reports", click on "Open Return Delivery Order Report".

This interface provides various filters to narrow down Open Delivery Order records related to returns.

Date Filters

  • From Date / To Date: Define the date range (mm/dd/yyyy) for which open return delivery records should be retrieved.

Action Buttons

  • Filter: Applies selected filters and displays matching return records.
  • Clear: Clears all selected filters and resets the form.
  • Open DO Number: Select the specific Open Return Delivery Order Number to view associated data.
  • Lead ID: Unique ID referencing the lead or sales opportunity linked to the open return.
  • Customer Name: Official customer name to filter relevant return orders.
  • Customer Alias Name: Alternate/internal name or nickname used for the customer.
  • Location: Warehouse zone or sub-location handling the return.
  • Warehouse: Specific warehouse where the return is pending.
  • KPN: Internal tracking or reference number.
  • Project Number: Project or job reference connected to the return.
  • Issued To: Department or individual responsible for managing the return.
  • ODO Type: Type or category of the Open Delivery Order (e.g., Return, Transfer, Maintenance).

  • Filter: Applies all selected filters to display matching return records.
