RETURN DELIVERY ORDER REPORT

The Return Delivery Order Report screen enables tracking of returned deliveries with detailed filtering. Users can narrow data using filters like customer info, item, warehouse, and return reasons. It streamlines return analysis by supporting search, export, and navigation tools.

  1. Click on "Logistics".
  2. Under "Reports", click on "Delivery Order Return Report".

FORM This form provides multiple filters to help users retrieve specific return delivery records.

Date Filters

  • From Date / To Date: Define the date range (mm/dd/yyyy) for which return records should be retrieved.

Action Buttons

  • Filter: Applies selected filters and displays matching return records.
  • Clear: Clears all selected filters and resets the form.
  • DO Number: Select the Delivery Order Number associated with the return.
  • Customer Name: Filters records by the legal name of the customer.
  • Customer Alias Name: Alternate/internal names used to identify the customer.
  • Customer Lead ID: Lead or opportunity ID linked to the customer’s return.
  • Sales Order Number: Associated sales order number for which the return was processed.
  • Location: Specific warehouse location or department managing the return.
  • Warehouse: The physical warehouse where the return was handled.
  • Product Type: Category of the product being returned (e.g., Raw Material, Finished Goods).
  • Type of Solution: Indicates the reason or method for return (e.g., Repair, Replacement, Refund).
  • Item Number: Specific SKU or item code of the returned product.
  • Project Number: Related project or job code linked to the return order.
