DELIVERY ORDER REPORT

The Delivery Order Report screen enables users to filter and view detailed delivery records. It supports multiple filters like customer, item, warehouse, and project for targeted data retrieval. Users can search, export, and navigate reports efficiently to support logistics and audit needs

  1. Click on "Logistics".
  2. Under "Reports", click on "Delivery Order Report".

A page will open where users can view and filter Delivery Order Reports using various criteria.

FORM

This form allows users to retrieve Delivery Order data using the following filters and tools.

Date Filters

  • From Date / To Date: Specify the date range (mm/dd/yyyy) for which Delivery Order records should be retrieved.

Action Buttons

  • Filter: Applies the selected filters and retrieves matching Delivery Order records.
  • Clear: Resets all filter fields to their default values.
  • DO Number: Dropdown list of Delivery Order Numbers. Select a specific DO to view related records.
  • Customer Name: List of customer legal names to filter records associated with a specific customer.
  • Customer Alias Name: Alternate names or short codes used for customers. Useful for identifying customers by their commonly used names.
  • Customer ID: Unique identifier assigned to each customer in the system.
  • Sales Order Number: Choose a sales order to view all Delivery Orders linked to that transaction.
  • Warehouse: Filter records based on warehouse locations (e.g., regional or central warehouses).
  • Location: Refers to a specific zone or section within a warehouse.
  • Product Type: Select the Product type from the dropdown menu.
  • Item Number: Unique product identifier. Use this to view Delivery Orders for a particular item.
  • Project Number: Project or job code for project-based tracking of Delivery Orders.

Action Icon

  • Filter: Applies the selected filters and retrieves matching Delivery Order records.

  • Refresh: Reloads the current data or resets the view.
  • Home: Takes the user back to the main dashboard or home screen.
  • Back Arrow: Navigates to the previous screen or page.
  • Download File: Download of the report in a file format (e.g., Excel or PDF).
  • Search Bar: A quick search tool at the top-right corner of the page to locate specific entries using keywords.
