SHOP ORDER CONFIRM

Shop Order Confirm is the process of officially recording the production progress or completion of a Shop Order (Work Order) in the system. It ensures that the produced quantity, material consumption, and issued quantities are accurately tracked. Users initiate this by selecting the item type (FG/SA), entering production details, and validating material usage.

  1. Click on "Kit Management".
  2. Click on "Shop Order Confirm" under "Shop Order". STEPS TO SHOP ORDER CONFIRM

A page will be displayed where users can view the created Shop Order Confirm.

  • View: Click on the Eye Icon will provide more details about the corresponding shop order confirmation.

CREATE

The "Create" process in Shop Order Confirmation allows users to officially record new production confirmations for shop or work orders. By initiating this process, users can input details such as item type, item number, shop order number, released and produced quantities, and validate material usage. This ensures accurate tracking of production progress and material consumption. The form guides users step-by-step to ensure all necessary information is captured before finalizing the confirmation.

Click on the Plus Icon to create a new Shop Order Confirmation.

This will open the Shop Order Confirmation Form, where user can enter the required details.

Step 1: Select Item Type

Choose the item type by selecting one of the two radio buttons:

  • FG (Finished Good): Select if the item is a finished product. Relevant fields for FG will become available.
  • SA (Sub-Assembly): Select if the item is a sub-assembly. Relevant fields for SA will be activated.

Note: Only one option can be selected at a time. If the item includes a sub-assembly (SA), the SA confirmation must be completed before creating the FG confirmation.

Step 2: Select FG/SA Item Number

Based on the selected item type (FG or SA), a dropdown will appear showing relevant item numbers and descriptions. Choose the appropriate item number/description from the list.

Step 3: Select Shop Order Number/Work Order Number

After selecting the item, a list of corresponding Shop Order Numbers (or Work Order Numbers) will be displayed. Select the desired order number from the dropdown.

This is the unique identifier for the specific shop or work order.

  • Work Order Released Quantity: This is the quantity released for production. It will auto-populate.
  • Pending WIPX: The quantity currently in progress (Work In Progress).It will auto-populate.
  • Material Details Table: Displays the materials associated with the shop order, including:
    • Sl No
    • Item No
    • Description
    • BOM Qty (Bill of Materials Quantity)
    • Issued Qty
    • Consumed Qty
    • Balance Qty

This table is auto-populated.

Step 4: Enter Produced Quantity

Enter the quantity that has been produced so far.

Note: The Produced Quantity × BOM Quantity must equal the Issued Quantity.Only when this condition is met.The Save button will be enabled.

Step 5: Save Button:

Click to save the data and submit the confirmation.

Material Request Details

This section shows materials that were requested through Material Requests (MR) for the shop order.

If more materials are needed, the user must create a Material Request (MR).

Once created, it will appear in this section.

Returning Materials to Inventory

If any materials are no longer required, the user must create an Open MRN.

This will return the items from WIP back to Inventory.

Once a material issue is processed, the Balance Quantity will move to WIP.

  • Search (input field): Allows users to search the table by entering keywords into this field.
  • Export to Excel: Exports the table data to an Excel file.
  • Refresh: Refreshes the displayed data.
  • Home: Navigates to the application's home screen or dashboard.
  • Back Arrow: Navigates back to the previous screen.
