ITEM MASTER REPORTS

The Item Master Reports interface provides detailed insights into item-level data using multiple filters. Users can refine reports by item type, commodity, material and purchase groups, and departments. With export, search, and navigation tools, it supports efficient item tracking and reporting.

  1. Click on "Engineering".  
  2. Under "Reports", click on "Item Master Report".

ITEM MASTER REPORT FORM

This form provides filtering options to narrow down item records based on multiple categories.

Date Filters

  • From Date / To Date: Set the date range (mm/dd/yyyy) to filter items created or modified within the selected period.

Action Buttons

  • Filter: Applies the selected filters and fetches the relevant data.
  • Clear: Resets all filters to default.
  • Select Item Type: Choose the category of the item (e.g., Raw Material, Sub-Assembly, Tool).
  • Select Item Number: Filter by a specific Item Code or SKU.
  • Select Commodity: Choose the commodity grouping (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Packaging).
  • Material Group: Group classification for materials based on procurement or inventory logic.
  • Purchase Group: Internal group handling procurement responsibilities for the item.
  • Department: The department responsible for using or managing the item.

Action Icon

  • Filter Icon: Applies the selected filters and fetches the relevant data.

  • Refresh: Reloads the current data or resets the view.
  • Home: Takes the user back to the main dashboard or home screen.
  • Back Arrow: Navigate to the previous screen or page.
  • Download File: Download the report in a file format (e.g., Excel or PDF).
  • Search Bar: A quick search tool at the top-right corner of the page to locate specific entries using keywords.
