OPEN MRN(MATERIAL REQUEST NOTE)
The Open Material Return Note (MRN) screen provides a list of material return requests that are yet to be fully processed or approved. These return notes are typically created when excess or unused materials need to be returned from a project back to inventory.
An Open MRN refers to a return request that has been created but the materials have not yet been fully received or processed. This screen helps inventory teams track pending returns, verify material quantities, and complete the return process efficiently.
Navigation Steps
- Click on "Kit Managemnt".
- Click on "Open MRN" under "Open MRN".

A page will appear displaying all created Material Return Notes (MRNs) will be visible .
Whenever a user creates a Material Return Note, it will automatically be listed on this page.
Open MRN Table

The table displays all open MRNs with important details and action options. Here's a breakdown of the key columns and their functionality:
Action
This column includes the main interactions available for each MRN:

Issue Material

Initiates the return process for the materials listed in the MRN.
- Click on the Issue Material button to open a detailed tab showing the MRN information.

- Next, click the location icon/button to provide the return location details.

- A new tab will open where the user must enter location information for all the returned items.

The Save button will remain disabled until location details are added for each product.

Once all required fields are filled, click Add, then click Save to complete the return process.

The Issue Material button may be disabled once the return is fully processed or depending on the return status.

View: Opens the Material Return Note in a read-only mode for detailed review.

Print: A print icon that enables the user to download or print a PDF version of the MRN for documentation or auditing purposes.

- Search (input field): Allows users to search the table by entering keywords into this field.
- Export to Excel: Exports the table data to an Excel file.
- Refresh: Refreshes the displayed data.
- Home: Navigates to the application's home screen or dashboard.
- Back Arrow: Navigates back to the previous screen.
