DASHBOARD

When a user logs in, they are directed to the Dashboard page, which provides an overview of key business metrics. The dashboard is divided into three sections

• Present Overview – Displays real-time insights into inventory, sales, and purchase orders.  
• Financial Year Overview – Summarizes purchase and inventory transactions for the current financial year.  
• Last Week Overview – Highlights key activities from the past week, including sales, purchases, and inventory updates.  

Present Overview

This section provides a snapshot of the current status of key business components

• Inventory Overview – Displays the current stock levels and availability of products.  
• Sales Order Overview – Summarizes ongoing sales transactions, including pending and completed orders.  
• Purchase Order Overview – Provides an overview of purchase orders, including their status and fulfilment.  

Financial Year Overview

This section aggregates purchase and inventory data for the current financial year, including

• Purchase Orders Overview (FY) – Displays a summary of all purchase orders for the financial year.  
• PO GRIN Overview (FY) – Provides insights into Goods Receipt Notes (GRIN) related to purchase orders.  
• Open GRIN Overview (FY) – Lists pending GRINs that have yet to be processed.  
• Sales Orders Overview (FY) – Summarizes total sales orders processed in the financial year.
• Service GRIN Overview (FY) – Highlights service-related GRINs for the financial year.  

Last Week Overview

This section provides a breakdown of business activities from the past week:  

• Sales Orders Overview – Summarizes completed and pending sales transactions.  
• Purchase Orders Overview – Provides insights into recent purchase orders.  
• Purchase Order GRIN Overview – Displays GRINs related to purchase orders processed last week.  
• Service GRIN Overview – Highlights service-related transactions and their GRINs.  
• Open GRIN Overview – Lists pending GRINs from the past week.  
• Inventory Overview – Shows changes in stock levels over the last seven days.  

USER ICONS

The application interface includes several icons in the navigation bar for quick access to important features. These include Username icon, Messages, Notifications, and Logout.  

UserName Icon

Clicking on the Username icon opens a dropdown menu with the following options

• Activity Log – View a detailed history of user actions and system activities.  
• Sign Out – Log out of the application and return to the login page.  
• Reset Password – Opens a new tab where users can follow the steps to create a new password.  

Messages Icon

• Click on the Messages icon to view received messages.  
• Select a message from the list to open and read its contents.  

Notifications Icon

• Click on the Bell icon to view recent notifications.  
• To see all past notifications, click See All Notifications at the bottom of the dropdown.  

Logout

• Click on the Logout icon to immediately log out of the application.
